MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

This 1 hour session will include a discussion about how anxiety and high stress levels impact us in the short and long term, and why it's a challenge to address them in our world today. You will also be guided through multiple grounding relaxation techniques in order to leave feeling great and also have some new and simple concrete tools to use on your own.
